Welcome! I’m so glad you are here!
If you're considering therapy, chances are you're carrying something heavy.
Maybe you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by past experiences, struggling to navigate a difficult season, or simply longing for a place where you can feel understood.
Wherever you find yourself today, you don't have to walk through it alone.
My name is McKenna Sharpe, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) serving clients throughout Virginia through secure virtual counseling. I am passionate about helping teens, young adults, and adults find healing, hope, and lasting peace.
Why I Do This Work?
I believe every person matters.
Over the years, I have worked alongside individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, crisis situations, behavioral challenges, low self-esteem, and difficult life transitions. Through that work, I've seen something powerful:
Healing is possible in miraculous ways.
Not overnight. Not all at once.
But piece by piece, step by step.
My goal is to provide a compassionate space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, cared for, and supported as we work together toward growth and healing.
